2025 Autumn Yarn Market

This year’s Macknit Yarn Market was bigger and better than ever, with the whole center fully booked out and multiple rooms packed with an incredible variety of vendors. Regular traders and new faces alike offered everything from unique yarns in all textures, colours, as well as stunning knitted items and accessories.

As usual, Macknit members had a live machine knitting demonstration on various machines showcasing different techniques, which drew lots of interest. The yarn on offer wasn’t just for knitting either—it was perfect for a wide range of yarn crafts, from crochet and weaving to macramé and more.

Of course, the crowd-favourite lucky door raffles made a return, with generous donations from stallholders. Exciting prizes included beautiful yarn bundles, handmade items, and craft supplies. The lucky winners went home smiling and well-stocked for their next project.

All in all, it was another fantastic year for the Macknit community—full of inspiration, creativity, and connection. See you all next year !
